Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- Cancellations can be at any time by emailing little.football.stars@outlook.com allowing for a 4 weeks notice to be served.
- If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather or other reason Little Football Stars cancel, Little Football Stars will offer a make-up session.
- Little Football Stars or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Little Football Stars reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us: little.football.stars@outlook.com
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if any member of your household has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days or if your child has had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- You consent to the coach using a non-contact thermometer to take your child’s temperature before starting any session. (If a child has a high temperature, unfortunately they will not be able to play)
- In the event of an injury in any activity you consent for your child to receive medical attention.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- You must keep us up-to-date with any other changes eg your contact details, etc by emailing us: little.football.stars@outlook.com
- You agree to your child’s participation in football/sporting activities in accordance with the below code of conduct.
Code of Conduct Children and Parents
Children:
It is the responsibility of the child to:
-Wear appropriate clothing, footwear & shin pads. Also bringing their own refreshments and any medication (especially Asthma reliever inhalers) to the sessions.
-Listen and respect the instructions of their coach(es) and any other participants in a sporting manner. Not use foul or abusive language or behaviour at any time towards any other participants.
-Use anti-bacterial sanitizer or wash hands before starting their session (provided on site). We would also suggest this can be done at anytime during the session (i.e. at drinks breaks) or after but will leave this for your discretion at pitch side
Parent(s):
It is the responsibility of the Parent(s) to:
-Consent to our above T&C's.
-Show a sporting attitude towards all participants.
-Ensure your child is equipped with suitable clothing, footwear & shin pads for all types of weather conditions. Also that they bring their own refreshments and any medication (especially Asthma reliever inhalers) to the sessions.
-Ensure your child uses anti-bacterial sanitizer or wash hands before starting their session (provided on site). We would also suggest this can be done at anytime during the session (i.e. at drinks breaks) or after but will leave this for your discretion at pitch side
-Ensure your child arrives on time and is collected in good time.
-Abide by The Football Association’s Child Protection Policies and Procedures, Codes of Conduct and Anti-Discrimination Policy (this information is available online at www.fa.com)
